This year we have been extreme explorers, bravely exploring the Arctic and the rainforest. We learned about the amazing plant and animal life and about the journey of Captain Scott. In the spring term we went down on the farm to learn about farm animals. We were very lucky because a farm came to visit our school and we were able to hold some of the the animals.

During the summer term we became time travellers. We travelled as far back as Victorian times to learn about life when Queen Victoria was queen. We found out that it was very different and much harder than life today. We also travelled to the 1960s to find out about art and fashion.
